- Ombro: Para medir o ombro, coloque uma fita métrica onde a manga encontra a parte superior da peça. Certifique-se de manter a fita reta e nivelada.
- Busto ou Tórax: Envolva a fita ao redor do peito, na altura dos mamilos, passando pelas costas. Mantenha a fita justa, mas não apertada demais.
- Comprimento: Coloque a fita na parte de trás do pescoço e estenda-a até a barra da roupa.
