1. Processing Time: The average processing time is 1 to a maximum of 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. Delivery Time: The estimated average delivery time is 6 to 15 days after the order is shipped, and the maximum delivery time guaranteed by Altair & Lane is 90 business days. External factors such as postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, or holidays may affect this delivery time.

3. Shipping Methods: International Curation: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, where the parts are manufactured. Domestic Delivery: Carried out by the Brazilian Post Office. In case of absence, delivery limitations in the region, or incorrect address, the product may need to be picked up at the Brazilian Post Office.

4. Tracking Codes: Product separation takes up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive your order's tracking code by email within the item separation period. 5. Responsibility for Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to fill out the address correctly. Incorrect addresses will result in the product being returned to the sender and a new shipping charge.

Customs Taxation: Altair & Lane has joined the government's "Remessa Conforme" program (a program created by the Federal Revenue Service that provides differentiated customs treatment and tax exemption for marketplaces that choose to register for the initiative) through a logistics partnership with Alibaba Group. As a result, we pay all import fees at the time of shipment, making the entire shipping process from our overseas warehouse as fast and secure as possible. Rules for Requesting Exchange or Refund. Read Carefully!

1. Complete Order Receipt: Make sure that all items in your order have been delivered. In cases of split shipments in different packages, wait for all of them to arrive before starting the return process.

2. Product Condition: The product to be exchanged or returned must not show signs of use, such as odors, stains or any damage.

3. Deadlines: Fill out the return form within 7 business days of receiving the item. Once sent, the deadline for analyzing the approval of the request is up to 7 business days. Once the request is approved, you have another 7 days to send the product to the post office. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we will analyze the returned item and within 5 days we will send the tracking code for the exchange to the same email registered at the time of purchase.

Deadline for canceling a purchase: As dictated by the CDC (Consumer Defense Code) rules, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register their regret for the purchase.

Chargeback Options

Purchases made with credit card: The refund will appear as a credit on the next invoice, and may take up to 10 business days. Altair & Lane makes the refund request to the payment intermediary, and the intermediary is responsible for refunding the amount, currently being Appmax. The store is responsible for charging and placing the order, as well as setting the deadline and serving the customer.

Purchases made with Pix: The refund will be made to the same account as the original payment, within 5 business days after receipt of the item.
