3. Shipping Methods: International Curation: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, where the parts are manufactured. Domestic Delivery: Carried out by the Brazilian Post Office. 4. Tracking Codes: Product separation takes up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive your order's tracking code by email within the item separation period. Chargeback Options

Altair & Lane makes the refund request to the payment intermediary, and the intermediary is responsible for refunding the amount, currently being Appmax.
