3. Shipping Methods: International Curation: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, where the parts are manufactured. National Delivery: Carried out by the Post Office. Deadline for canceling a purchase: As dictated by the CDC (Consumer Defense Code) rules, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register their regret for the purchase.

Chargeback Options

Altair & Lane makes the refund request to the payment intermediary, and the intermediary is responsible for refunding the amount, currently being Appmax.
