Domestic Delivery: Carried out by the Brazilian Post Office. Chargeback Options

Altair & Lane makes the refund request to the payment intermediary, and the intermediary is responsible for refunding the amount, currently being Appmax. Purchases made with Pix: The refund will be made to the same account as the original payment, within 5 business days after receipt of the item.
