3. Shipping Methods: International Curation: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, where the parts are manufactured. Domestic Delivery: Carried out by the Brazilian Post Office. Chargeback Options

Purchases made with credit card: The refund will appear as a credit on the next invoice, and may take up to 10 business days. Altair & Lane makes the refund request to the payment intermediary, and the intermediary is responsible for refunding the amount, currently being Appmax. The store is responsible for charging and placing the order, as well as setting the deadline and serving the customer.

Purchases made with Pix: The refund will be made to the same account as the original payment, within 5 business days after receipt of the item.
