3. Shipping Methods: International Curation: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, where the parts are manufactured. Domestic Delivery: Carried out by the Brazilian Post Office. In case of absence, delivery limitations in the region, or incorrect address, the product may need to be picked up at the Brazilian Post Office.

4. Tracking Codes: Product separation takes up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive your order's tracking code by email within the item separation period. Deadline for canceling a purchase: As dictated by the CDC (Consumer Defense Code) rules, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register their regret for the purchase.

Chargeback Options

Purchases made with credit card: The refund will appear as a credit on the next invoice, and may take up to 10 business days. Altair & Lane makes the refund request to the payment intermediary, and the intermediary is responsible for refunding the amount, currently being Appmax. Purchases made with Pix: The refund will be made to the same account as the original payment, within 5 business days after receipt of the item.
